How do you place an order?

Have you found an item from Boudoit Boutique that you absolutely have to have? Great!

Select the desired color and/or size and click on 'Add to cart'. You can then continue shopping as usual. At any time you can return to your cart by clicking on the cart icon at the top right.

Please note that items in your shopping cart not be reserved until you have completed your order.

Complete order:

Done shopping? Click on the shopping cart icon at the top right to view your selected items. In this overview you can adjust the quantity if necessary. Then click on 'Continue to checkout' to go to the payment page.

On the payment page you simply fill in all your details and choose a payment method. Once the order is placed, it is processed immediately to be delivered to you as soon as possible.

Important:
Once you have completed your order, it is no longer possible to make changes, as we will immediately start processing it.

Postage costs

Boudoit Boutique will pay the shipping costs. You will not pay any shipping costs.

When using our premium shipping service the costs are €3.95. These costs are only charged when you choose a premium shipping of your order.

The shipping costs for returning an item are at your own expense.

Can I track my order?

Yes, all orders are shipped with Track & Trace. You can track your order via the order status page. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a link by email to track your package.

It may sometimes take a while before the Track & Trace status is available.

What are the delivery times?

Boudoit Boutique strives to deliver orders as quickly as possible. If you place an order on a working day before 19:00, it will be processed the same day. Many of our items are shipped directly from our suppliers, which means the average delivery time is 10 to 15 working days.

What happens if I am not at home during delivery?

If the package cannot be delivered, it will remain available for you for seven days at a pick-up location of the delivery service. You will receive a message from the delivery person with the location where you can pick up your package. After these seven days, the package will be returned to our warehouse.

Incorrect address provided

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the delivery address provided is correct. We aim to process and dispatch orders as quickly as possible, so there is only a short period of time to correct an incorrect address. Please contact us immediately if you believe an incorrect address has been provided.

Lost or stolen package

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If the Track & Trace status indicates that the package has been delivered, but you have not received it, you can report this to us. Fourteen days after the indicated delivery date, we will start an investigation and keep you informed of the progress until the investigation is completed.
