Return Policy
At Boudoit Boutique we strive for the highest quality and customer satisfaction. If you have received an incorrect or defective item, please contact us within 14 days after receipt, please contact us at info@boudoit-boutique.com, so that we can find a suitable solution together.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of receipt, as long as the item is in its original, unused, and saleable condition. Upon receipt and inspection of your return, you will receive a full refund, excluding return shipping costs. Items that are used, opened, or not in their original condition are not eligible for refund or exchange.
How do you return an item?
- Submit a request : Send an email to info@boudoit-boutique.com and receive the return instructions.
- Packaging : Please ensure the item is packaged correctly and securely to prevent damage during transportation.
- Clear indication : Write "Return" on the outside of the package.
- Insured Shipping : Use a shipping method with tracking and insurance to prevent loss or damage.
- Shipping Confirmation : Please send an email with the tracking information to info@boudoit-boutique.com.
Returns during the sale
Items purchased during our sale promotions are not eligible for a refund. You can only exchange these items for another item from the collection or exchange them for a store credit.

- Boudoit Boutique is not responsible for lost or damaged returns.

Frequently Asked Questions about Returns
What are the return conditions?
We have a return period of 14 days, in which you can return your package. This period starts on the day you receive the package. Please note: the return shipment must be sent back to us within these 14 days.
All items must be returned in a suitable condition. Items that are used, opened or no longer in their original condition cannot be exchanged or refunded. Shipping costs are not refunded.
What are the return costs?
Return shipping costs are at your own expense and vary depending on the carrier and the country from which the package is returned.
How long does it take to exchange a product?
As soon as you indicate that you wish to exchange a product when registering your return, we will start working on this immediately.
What if the product I want to exchange is no longer available?
Please contact our customer service to discuss the possibilities. We will inform you about the expected delivery time of the product. If you have already created your return and the product appears to be out of stock, we will contact you to find a suitable solution together.
What should I do if a product is delivered damaged or defective?
Unfortunately, it can sometimes happen that a product gets damaged during transport or production. We will of course be happy to solve this with you. Send an e-mail to info @boudoit .com with a photo of the defect. Our customer service will work with you as soon as possible to find a solution.
What if I want to return my order outside the return period?
Make sure that your return is sent within the specified period of 7 days. If this is not possible, we offer you the possibility to exchange the product for a replacement item or a voucher. Please contact our customer service for this.
How long does a refund take?
We strive to process returns as quickly as possible. After your return has been received in our warehouse, we will process it within 10 working days. You can see when the package has arrived in our warehouse via the track & trace that you receive with your return. The 10 working day period starts from that moment. You will receive a message once the refund has been processed. Please note that it can take up to 3 working days before the amount is visible on your bank account.
