Return Policy

At Boudoit Boutique we strive for the highest quality and customer satisfaction. If you have received an incorrect or defective item, please contact us within 14 days after receipt, please contact us at info@boudoit-boutique.com, so that we can find a suitable solution together.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of receipt, as long as the item is in its original, unused, and saleable condition. Upon receipt and inspection of your return, you will receive a full refund, excluding return shipping costs. Items that are used, opened, or not in their original condition are not eligible for refund or exchange.

How do you return an item?

1. Submit a request : Send an email to info@boudoit-boutique.com and receive the return instructions.
2. Packaging : Please ensure the item is packaged correctly and securely to prevent damage during transportation.
3. Clear indication : Write "Return" on the outside of the package.
4. Insured Shipping : Use a shipping method with tracking and insurance to prevent loss or damage.
5. Shipping Confirmation : Please send an email with the tracking information to info@boudoit-boutique.com.

Important conditions

• Items must be returned unused, unopened and in their original packaging.
• Return costs are at your own expense.
• Boudoit Boutique is not responsible for lost or damaged returns.
• Returns without an approved request cannot be processed.

Returns during SALE periods

Items purchased during our Seasonal Sale (SALE) are not eligible for a refund. You can only exchange these items for another item from the collection or redeem them for a store credit.
