Hoe kan ik mijn bestelling volgen?

We streven ernaar om bestellingen binnen 24-48 uur na plaatsing snel te verwerken en te verzenden.

Zodra uw bestelling is verzonden, ontvangt u een e-mailmelding met trackinginformatie. Na ontvangst van de verzendmail vindt u gedetailleerde trackinginformatie om de voortgang van uw bestelling te volgen. Gebruik gewoon de verstrekte trackinggegevens om uw pakket te volgen via de website van onze bezorgpartner.

All prices of products sold through Boudoit-boutique.com include VAT. 

How can I pay in the webshop? 

With us you can choose from several payment methods  

Boudoit Boutique offers you the following payment options in the webshop:

- Pay with Credit Card (American Express, MasterCard, Maestro and VISA) 

- Pay with Sofort Banking 

- Pay with Union Pay 

- Pay with Apple Pay 

- Pay with Google Pay

Pay directly online through your own bank. That is paying in your own familiar internet payment environment. Easy and according to the security requirements of your bank. This payment service is available for customers of ABN AMRO Bank, Rabobank, SNS Bank, Friesland Bank, ING, ASN Bank, Triodos Bank and Van Lanschot Bank. 

  

How can I pay with a credit card? 

You can pay for your order in the webshop with the following Dutch credit cards: VISA, American Express and MasterCard. When you choose this payment method, you enter the credit card number, the exact name on the card, the expiration date and the 3-digit CVC code (last three digits on the back of your card) on the payment page. 

To protect your data, it is transmitted fully encrypted via SSL servers and thus protected from third-party access. At the time of the order, your credit card payment is authorized. The cardholder may be contacted to prevent fraud. 

The amount is debited only after the order is delivered. If it is not possible to deliver the entire order, then only the amount will be debited for the part of the order that was actually delivered. 

  

How can I pay with Sofort Banking? 

Boudoit Boutique offers the possibility to pay with Sofort Banking. Sofort Banking is actually an online transfer using your internet banking details. 

In the secure payment page of Sofort GmbH you log in with your trusted internet banking login details. Then select the bank account you want to pay with. Then enter the confirmation code and click on next. You will now see a confirmation of your order in our web shop.

Is shopping at www.Boudoit-boutique.com safe? 

Shopping at Boudoit Boutique is very safe. To protect your data, it is sent fully encrypted via SSL servers and thus protected from third-party access. This means that your personal information is encrypted and cannot be viewed by others.  

We comply with all rules of privacy laws and all other legal requirements. 

And we never give your personal information to third parties without your permission. 

  

Ordering 

Will I receive a confirmation of my order? 

Every completed order is confirmed by email with an order confirmation. 

What can I do if I have problems paying? 

Should it not be possible to proceed to payment, even though you have already placed the product in your shopping basket and created an account, we recommend that you clear your browser history (see top right of internet browser, history, clear history). Then you can place the product in your shopping cart again and proceed to payment. 

Can I cancel an order? 

This is only possible by sending an email to info@boudoit.com before 5 p.m. on the same day of ordering, stating your name, order number and order date. It may be that your order has already been processed, in which case you can only cancel the order by returning the package. 

 

Service & Warranty 

If the product has a defect that was not visible at the time of purchase, you must notify us within a reasonable period of time after discovering the defect. If, in Boudoit Boutique 's opinion, the product is indeed defective (not due to normal wear and tear, misuse and/or failure to perform maintenance), then Boudoit Boutique will repair or replace the product within a reasonable period to be specified by Boudoit Boutique . During this repair you are not entitled to a replacement product or any form of compensation. If, in the opinion of Boudoit Boutique , repair is not possible or cannot be expected of Boudoit Boutique given the cost of repair, Boudoit Boutique will offer a comparable replacement product. If this is not possible, we will refund the purchase price. 

If the instructions given by Boudoit Boutique are not followed, or if you have used the product in an incorrect manner or have not maintained the product, you are not entitled to any form of repair, replacement or reimbursement. Also, the possibility to invoke any form of warranty is void if the product has been modified.  

Damage to the following watch parts: the glass, strap, crown/pin and battery are not covered by the manufacturer's warranty. However, the factory warranty does not affect the legal warranty to which the consumer is entitled. Legal warranty means that a product must do what the consumer can reasonably expect of it.
