If you received the wrong items or the items you received are defective, please email info@boudoit.com to discuss further.ย ย 
If you are not satisfied with the goods received, you may return them to us withinย 14 days of receipt, provided they are in original and saleable condition. Once returned, you are entitled to a full refund, which does not include the cost of return shipping. We cannot refund or exchange items that appear to be used, opened, or not in original condition.ย ย

- Send us an email at info@boudoit.com after which we will provide you with the return instructions.ย 
- Once approved, make sure your return is properly packaged and meets all the conditions below.ย ย 
- Mark "Returns" clearly on the outer packaging of your package.ย ย 
- Use an insured tracking service to ensure your package arrives safely to us.ย ย 
- Send a follow-up email with your tracking information to info@boudoit.comย

For items purchasedย during ourย Seasonal SALE, Boudoit Boutique does not offer the possibility for a refund.ย These items can only be exchanged forย an otherย item from the collection or can be redeemed for store credit.

- All returned items must be unused, unopened and with original plastic packaging.ย ย 
- We are not responsible for the cost of returning the items.ย ย 
- Please ensure that all returned items are properly packaged so that they are not damaged in the mail.ย ย 
- Ensure that all return packages are shipped with a trackable, insured service, as we cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in return shipping.ย ย 
- Make sure the return form is approved - without approval, this may result in your return not being processed.ย ย

- What are the return conditions?

Return period
We use a return period of 14 days during which the customer may return his or her package. These 14 days start when the package is received. Please note that the return shipment must be sent back to us within these 14 days.

Returns are on your own cost depending on the courier and the country you return your package from.

- How long does it take to exchange a product?
If you indicate that you would like to exchange a product when you register your return, we will immediately get to work on this.ย

- What can I do if my exchange product is no longer available?
Ask our customer service team about the possibilities. We will give you an update on when we expect to be able to deliver the product. If you have already created your return and the product is sold out, we will contact you and work with you to find a solution.

- What should I do if a product is delivered faulty or damaged?
Unfortunately, it sometimes happens that a product is damaged during shipment or production. We are of course happy to resolve this with you. Please send a message to info@boudoit.com with a picture of the complaint. Our customer service will work with you as quickly as possible to find a solution.

- What should I do if I want to return my order outside the return period?
Please remember to deliver your return within the 14-day period before the return period expires. In the unlikely event that this does not work out, we offer you the option of exchanging the product for a replacement or a voucher. Please ask our customer service for the possibilities.

- How long does a refund take?
We do our best to process returns as quickly as possible. After receiving your return in our warehouse we process it within 10 working days. On your track and trace that you receive with your return shipment, you can see when the package has arrived at our warehouse. From then on the 10 working days start. After the refund has been made, you will receive a message about it. Please note that it can take up to 3 days before the refund is visible on your bank
